Join our team for Free Virtual CE!
This 3.75-hour class will expose the attendees to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. The Code of Ethics establishes the foundation on how REALTORS® are to operate as professionals in the Real Estate Industry. The 17 Articles of the Code of Ethics defines a higher standard of professionalism and behavior in three categories: Duties to Customers and Clients, Duties to the Public, and Duties to other REALTORS®. Members agree to the duties and responsibilities outlined in the Standards of Practice for each of the 17 Articles and are subject to be sanctioned if found to be in violation of any article.
The Code of Ethics Training Cycles is currently between 01/01/2025 and 12/31/2027. A Code of Ethics course is required by the National Association of Realtors every 2 years.

Cristina Edelstein-Skurat is the co-owner of the #1 RE/MAX Results team alongside her husband, Kerby Skurat. In her early years of selling, Cristina achieved what few agents ever do: she sold over 150 homes in a single year. The systems, strategies, and client experience she perfected during that time became the backbone of the team’s proven processes—processes now used by dozens of agents to achieve consistent, high-level success. Today, Cristina focuses on developing leaders, empowering her agents, and passing her personal referrals back to the team to help them grow their businesses.
Under Cristina’s leadership, the Kerby & Cristina Team has sold 890+ homes year-to-date, celebrating their strongest year yet and showing what’s possible when a team rallies together around systems, service, and heart.
Before stepping into real estate, Cristina dedicated years to nonprofit work, including time spent in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where she helped women gain skills that created independence, income, and stability. Her heart for service continues today through her involvement with several nonprofits—most notably Feed My Starving Children and Homes of Hope, where she and her team build 1-2 homes each January for families living in poverty in Ensenada, Mexico.

She is a shining example that women in real estate can lead powerfully, scale big businesses, give back generously, and still be fully present for the people they love.
Rachel Smith is a powerhouse in Minnesota real estate, bringing over 9 years of industry experience and more than $139 million in closed volume to the stage. Before launching her real estate career, Rachel excelled in the corporate world as a retail executive, where she led large teams, managed major budgets, and developed the leadership skills she now uses to inspire and elevate agents on the Kerby and Cristina Real Estate Experts Team.
Today, Rachel serves as the Sales Director for the #1 RE/MAX Results team, where she coaches agents to new heights and also leads the team’s expanding Luxury Division. Despite her full-time leadership role, Rachel consistently averages 36 closed transactions a year — a rare level of personal production that showcases her mastery of the craft and her ability to model excellence for her team.
Outside of real estate, Rachel is a devoted mom to two bright, active kids immersed in sports and extracurricular activities. And in 2023, she faced one of life’s toughest battles — fighting and beating cancer — all while continuing to lead, deliver top-tier client care, and supporting her family.
Rachel is a living example of resilience, grit, and heart. Her story inspires women leaders to rise above challenges, trust their strength, and embrace the mindset that anything is possible with purpose and perseverance.
